(At djl) To make a shadow, just create an oval and erace every second pixel in a checkerboard-like fashion.

Unless you have Photoshop or some other photo-editing software or something like Paint.net. Then, you can try making the oval actually fade. But from a normal distance, the Paint shadow looks just fine. If you want it bigger, just make a bigger oval, instead and start the whole thing over again.
